Decision-Making Processes

The decision-making processes within Sode are structured to ensure that all key stakeholders are involved and that decisions are made in the best interest of the project’s long-term success.

  • Proposal Submission: Any token holder or team member can submit a proposal for a new initiative, technology upgrade, or strategic shift. These proposals are reviewed by the core team and the advisory board for feasibility and alignment with Sode’s mission.

  • Community Voting: Approved proposals are then put to a vote by the community. Token holders have voting power proportional to their holdings, allowing those with a significant stake in the project to have a greater influence on the outcomes.

  • Implementation: Once a proposal is approved by the community, the core team is responsible for implementing the changes. The progress of these implementations is tracked and reported back to the community to ensure transparency.

  • Feedback Loop: After implementation, the results are evaluated, and feedback is collected from the community. This feedback loop helps to refine the decision-making process and ensures that Sode remains responsive to the needs and concerns of its stakeholders.
